Yukon Self Storage Customer Care SMS Program.
Yukon Self Storage operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current and prospective storage tenants who have opted in through our website rental forms, contact forms, or rental agreement. Messages are transactional and account-related and include items such as:
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most subscribers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. You will not receive recurring marketing messages from this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Yukon Self Storage is not responsible for any carrier-imposed charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Yukon Self Storage by checking the unchecked SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on the contact form at yukonselfstorage.com/contact.
Opting in is optional. Submission of the contact form is NOT conditioned on agreeing to receive SMS messages — you may use the contact form without consenting to SMS.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by emailing info@yukonselfstorage.com with the subject line "STOP SMS."
T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use your information only to deliver the messages described above and to respond to your inquiries. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Yukon Self Storage reserves the right to change these SMS terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
